NOTICE OF AGM OF MUDGEE RUGBY CLUB INC
The Annual General Meeting of the Mudgee Rugby Club Inc will be held on Monday 4th November 2019, 6 pm at the Mudgee Rugby Clubhouse. All members are welcome to attend. The election of office bearers for 2020 will take place at this time. The committee positions to be elected are president, 2 vice presidents, secretary, treasurer, registrar, 2 senior co-ordinators, 2 junior co-ordinators, 2 sub-junior co-ordinators and 2 golden oldies co-ordinators. Other items of business will be the president’s report for 2019 and the treasurer’s financial report for 2019. Nominations for the committee positions should be made in writing on the nomination form found in the resources section of this website. Nominations should be submitted to reach the secretary before the meeting either in person, by mail (PO Box 321 Mudgee 2850) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
