* The Mudgee Rugby Union Inc committee may from time to time determine at their discretion if certain functions are appropriate for the clubhouse.  The committee's decision is final and if an application for hire has been rejected for any reason, any money paid as deposit will be fully refunded.
The Clubhouse will not be made available on weekends where a home game is due to be played.  If, for any reason, the season draw changes without notice and a game is set to play at home on a date you have booked, the game takes priority and your deposit will be refunded in full.
